Eligible for a Refund or Reprint:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Orders printed with an error on our end
- Items lost in transit
Not Eligible for a Refund:
- Personalised orders where the correct files and details were submitted
- Orders where the customer uploaded a low-quality or incorrect image
- Change of mind after the order has been placed
How to Request a Refund: Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at [your email address]. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Reprint & Resolution: We’ll offer a free reprint where applicable. Refunds to the original payment method are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
